Do you carry out domestic air conditioning repairs and installation?
We carry out all types of air conditioning installations, including domestic and commercial. No job is too big or too small for us. We can provide you with a free site visit and quotation at your convenience. We can carry all types of service and repairs on your air conditioning / ventilation systems, we can attend site and diagnose the fault on the system on a call out basis and either repair the fault if possible or provide a quote if parts are required to remedy the fault.
I would like a budget quotation over the phone, what do I do?
If you would like a rough estimate over the telephone or email, we would need to know the dimensions of the room/rooms the air conditioning system would be installed in. We prefer to make a site visit so we can provide you with an accurate and competitive quotation.
What warranty do I get?
We provide a 12 month labour warranty on any works carried out by us. So you can have peace of mind knowing that our labour is covered for 12 months. Manufacturers parts warranties will vary from brand to brand but this is usually between 1 and 7 years.
Can you service and repair our air con systems even though you have not installed them?
We certainly can! We work with all brands of air conditioning such as Daikin, Mitsubishi, Samsung Fujitsu, and many more. We will help you get your system running to it’s full potential regardless of who installed it.
Do your air conditioning systems comply with health and safety requirements?
We are a CHAS certified company and the health and safety of our customers and staff is of the upmost importance to us.
Are projects fully managed?
All of our projects are fully managed by our directors and supervisors to make sure of a smooth running of all projects we undertake.
Can works be undertaken ‘out of hours’?
We can carry out works to suit your needs and we can arrange times and days to suit each individual project.
Is there any chance of catching Legionella from your air con systems?
No there is no chance of this. These are sealed systems that work with refrigerant.
Do you give quotes over the phone?
We prefer to make site visits in order to provide the most accurate quotations.
I have heard air conditioning systems are expensive to operate and run – is this true?
No is the short answer. Air conditioning systems are becoming more and more economically efficient year on year. They are being used more for heating as well as cooling, saving people money on expensive central heating bills, which allows people to choose greener energy options when heating their homes..
Are you licensed?
All of our engineers are fully qualified and we are part of the governing body REFCOM.
Are you insured?
We are fully insured with liability insurance of up to £10,000,000 cover.
Do you provide quotes before you start the work so I know the cost?
We like to be 100% transparent with customers about all costs involved in the installation, repair or maintenance of their systems. So there are no nasty surprises when it comes to cost.

Once the installation of your new air conditioning system is complete, we fully recommend a maintenance plan to keep your system running 100% efficiently, effectively and making sure it is working when you most need it. We work closely with customers to give them a maintenance plan that is individual to their needs.
How often should I have my air conditioning system maintained?
We cannot stress enough how important the maintenance of you AC system is. It is paramount to your air conditioning system lasting long into the future and giving you 100% efficiency when you most need it. We can give you a bespoke maintenance contract to suit your specific needs.
